The Sumas Hook beckons you to throw and promises to catch. Forged in steel or bronze with a texture produced by the process, it pairs a simple gesture with considered construction. A purpose-built backing removes the need for exposed hardware and keeps the hook firmly in place over time.

Forged By Hand

Made in collaboration with blacksmith Timothy Dyck, the Sumas Hook is forged by hand from a single piece of raw steel or bronze. Each piece is shaped through heat and repeated blows.

The surface carries the marks of its making—a quiet record of time, pressure and intent. The result, a functional object bringing ease and tactile interest to a space.

Forged from solid steel or solid bronze. Left raw and textured, each piece varies slightly as a reflection of its making.
