Brutal embrace.
The Carmanah Table was inspired by the exploration of materiality. The Carmanah Valley is home to some of the largest old-growth trees on Vancouver Island, as well as home to the quarry that yields the black marble. With the materials existing in such proximity in nature, we wanted to explore what they could look like together. The honed marble base is carved from a solid block, creating a statuesque cradle for the fitted hardwood legs.

Regularly wipe down the entire surface of the furniture to maintain its appearance evenly.
Use damp cloth and only mild detergent if necessary, a drop of dish soap for example.
Do not use cleaners with ammonia, abrasives or solvents
